What is your cancellation policy?

When you book online, the full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking.

• If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival: your deposit turns into a credit you can use for a future stay. And if someone else books your room for any of those first 14 nights, we’ll refund you for the nights that get rebooked.

• If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable, unless your room gets rebooked for those dates — in that case, we’ll return the amount for the nights that are filled.

• Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. The earlier we know, the more likely we can find someone to take over your booking.

Will you need a car to get to Bencomo?

You’ll pay for your booking through our website before your arrival — it’s quick and easy!

Can I bring children?

We adore children! That said, because of the way the house is set up and the work environment here, we think Bencomo isn’t the best fit for little ones.

Can I bring pets?

We absolutely love animals! However, we’re not able to accommodate pets at Bencomo, sorry about that.

From TFS (Tenerife South Airport):
The best option to reach the house is to rent a car, so you can move around the island easily.

But if that’s not possible, you can take the bus (guagua) — line 112.

From Santa Cruz de Tenerife bus station, you have a few options:

• Take bus 102, get off at La Quinta, and then take a taxi.

• Or take bus 108, get off at La Orotava bus station — there’s a taxi rank right there.

If you’re coming from TFN (Tenerife North Airport):

• You can take bus 30 to Cruce de La Matanza, then bus 101 to Cuesta La Villa, and from there either walk up or take a taxi or rental car.

• Alternatively, take bus 30 to La Quinta, and then grab a taxi from there.

How to get from the airport to Bencomo Coliving

We recommend that the best way to get to Bencomo Coliving is by car, since the area is quite hilly — after all, we live on a volcanic island, so it’s all ups and downs!
There are lots of car rental companies at the airport, so it’s easy to pick one up.

But if you don’t have a driver’s license or a car, no worries! Most people usually come with a car, so you can coordinate with them and share the ride.
The bus stop is about a 15-minute walk from the house.!

The price includes:

Can a friend or partner stay with me?

Yes! If you have a double room, your friend or partner can join you. For the nights they stay, it’s a fixed fee of €25 per night, and they’ll get full access to everything we offer, just like you.
If they’re staying more than a week, we’ll simply adjust your booking to the two-person double room rate.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 14 nights. We offer a 10% discount for stays of 28 nights (one month) and a 20% discount for stays of two months or more.

We set this minimum because we’ve found that most guests enjoy staying longer — it allows everyone to connect more deeply and helps to create a stronger, family-like community at Bencomo. When you stay with us, we really want you to feel at home and become part of the Bencomo family.
