At Bencomo Coliving in Tenerife, the experience of living and working surrounded by nature and community has a unique touch: Bali, the dog hostess of the coliving. For many digital nomads who stay with us, Bali is the first friendly face they meet. She doesn’t live at the coliving, but she comes by to welcome new guests, “supervise” in her own way, and remind everyone that this is not just a place to work — it’s a home where community flows naturally.

She greets newcomers with her signature pawshake, inspects cleaning duties with great attention (unless she gets distracted chasing butterflies), and makes sure no one ever feels alone.
